P4G cultivates a collaborative, down-to-earth style. We are fellow operators who work hard, care about people, and enjoy overcoming challenges together. We utilize investment structures that align our interests with management’s. P4G strikes a balance of being helpful without getting in the way of the executive team. Most importantly, we operate with integrity by communicating honestly and transparently and by doing what we promise. We also like to have fun!

Team members marked with an asterisk (*) represent P4G employees currently serving the portfolio in a part-time, full-time, and/or interim role(s) – P4G’s Portfolio Resource Group (PRG) – however remain currently employed by P4G or are expected to return to P4G once those assignments are complete.
